Connections
So I went to Amazon UK and put BSG (miniseries and season1) into my shopping basket. Next thing I know, my recommendation list is full of Stargate Atlantis DVDs. Do you think there just might possibly be a connection between the fandoms of one and the other? :-)
I haven't ordered BSG yet. I'm trying to decide whether to go for the new US packaging with the miniseries and S1 all in one box or the region 2 UK packaging of separate miniseries and s1. Amazingly the cost including freight is almost identical so the decision comes down to the best extras (looks like US), best package quality (usually Brit is superior) and best image quality (region 2 PAL is usually a little better but its not a big difference).
This isn't helping my DVD addiction - I've been clean for almost 2 months now.
