Perfection
A cold miserable day. Perfect for staying inside and doing my favourite things. Its a good thing I bought a new heater on Saturday.
Watched the first half of I Claudius. It must be the ten millionth time I have watched it, but its been a year or so since the last time. I just can't get over how good it is even after all those times of viewing its still compelling.
Even better, I read Black Projects, White Knights by Kage Baker. What can I say but brilliant. Baker easily ranks up there in my top 10 authors. These short stories were thoroughly superb and plug some of the gaps in the story of the company.
One little thing of annoyance. This is a POD book and one of the stories has every second page blank - some glitch in the printing process I suppose. I'll have to borrow the Bearded Triffid's copy to read it.
