Gosh - yesterday marked one year of me using this LiveJournal thingie. In that time I managed 282 posts. You know I really didn't think I would keep up with it once the novelty wore off. Seductive little bugger isn't it. It must be all those cool people on my flist.

Way more seductive than writing in an actual journal. I never manage to keep one of those running for more than a couple of months at a time. I feel almost guilty devoting so much tiem to myself.

Luckily, with LJ, it's practically socialising, so I don't get the guilts too bad.

I never attempted an actual journal nor felt the need to. Which is why I am surprised that I have kept with it, but you are right, the social aspect of it is very important.

Felicitations. Do we get a virtual party?

Feel free to party away. :-) For me, the call of sleep is overcoming my resistance. I really must readjust my body clock now that I don't have to get up at a stupid hour to go to work.

I know that problem. The minute you finally adjust, you have to start waking up early again.

Stil, I have two cons to go to before I will be working again, so the effort to adjust should be worth it.

*thinks* - one of those cons is in a time zone 2 hours behind - I really need to adjust a lot.

If it's Conflux you should asset NZ superiority and make us adjust to you. Or something.

Yeah right I can just see you starting the day off at 7am :-}

I just had another thought - my plane out of Welly to Canberra (via Sydney) leaves at 6am. I have no idea how my body clock will handle that. Mind you, last time I took a plane to Sydney I drove all night and got no sleep at all before the early morning takeoff.

Ick to early flights. And you're right, I am as unmorning a person as unmorning persons can be.

Right, then we are agreed - I reset my body clock to party through the night mode.

Starting tomorrow. Must sleep.

:).

Oh, those other people don't count. It's clearly my ineffable coolness that's keeping you interested. ;-)

Well none of the others appeared on my TV screen tonight so you must be right. :-)
