To follow on from Tuesdays post, I have also now watched a couple of episodes of Eureka. I am a complete sucker for shows where a big city guy moves to a small town where lots of strange shit happens. It probably goes all the way back to Green Acres. Now I *must* have more episodes.

I was disappointed by the pilot, but I understand it gets way better. Heroes is my current tv crack, and Dexter's getting there but the whole underlying premise is just so incredibly creepy...

Oh yeah, Matt Frewer's in Eureka too, isn't he. Another good reason for following it.

(jeez, and I haven't even started getting into Battlestar Galactica - I am so far behind - or busy.)

Heroes has hooked me too. I hadn't heard of Dexter but a quick look on imdb says that I should at least try it out.

Yes Frewer is in it - playing a character called Jim Taggert (WTF!) but with an accent that is probably supposed to be south african but sounds aussie half the time.

Ah, but have you been watching the third series of BSG?
I'm up to episode 4.

I found Eureka a bit light and fluffy, but fun.
I have up to episode 12, but haven't watched it all yet.

To be honest I haven't even watched season 2 of BSG yet. I thought "I'll watch season 1 again before I get hold of season 2", but I just cannot get through season one for a second time. I have just lost all engagement with it. Strange but true.

We may have to talk about episodes of Eureka too - #7 - #11 are proving a bit problematic at the moment.

I can dump them on my server for you latee tonight if you like, and then post a URL here.

Won't be till later as I'll be at TNC (http://wellington.thursdaynightcurry.com/) until the last train probably, and I still haven't set up SFTP, or any other mechanism, to allow uploads to go through my firewall/router to allow myself to do these sorts of things remotely! I really should...
