So a few days into the de-stressing and how is it going?

It started well. On Saturday, I passed the day as a series of naps before having a very nice dinner with friends. Not one moment of inappropriate anger.

After that it has been a matter of pottering along doing things as I feel like them. I initially thought about setting myself a bunch of mindless chores to do and then realised that that was rather defeating the purpose. So I have just done things as I feel like them and accomplished quite a lot really. It has been very pleasant just pottering away. (potter with a small "p" folks - HP fans can stop smirking)

But I'm still wound pretty tightly. I'm still easily irritated. Finally started watching a DVD I bought a week back and it had a bunch of promos at the front. I hate promos. I could feel the anger rising over a little thing like that. Still, I'm watching the pretty pictures now and my good mood is back.
