As promised, I read Twelve Sharp, the latest from Janet Evanovich. It was good too. The last one was top notch after a run of pot boilers, so the question was whether the standard would return to the previous lower (but still good) level. But no, if anything #12 is even better than #11. Happiness.

An extra bit of connection this time, a couple of pages are set at Potomac Mills mall in Virginia. I have actually been to that mall - it is nice to be able to visualise a setting. It did get me wondering about product placement thought. Why after years of loyalty to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, do Dunkin' Donuts get a look in. There are a lot of brand names in a Stephanie Plum book. Product placement is common in films. Makes you wonder.
