I spent an hour on the phone with my mother last night trying to help her use her computer. Its at times like this that I really gain a lot of sympathy for help desk people. It is so frustrating trying to diagnose a fault when you cannot see what is going on. At least we got it sorted out in the end.

May. 3rd, 2005 07:56 pmDecisions decisions. Thylacon or Continuum. Obviously I'd like to go to both. Realistically only getting to one is on the cards. With the work situation I may not manage to get to either. What to do. I suspect that unless work things start to clarify in the next week then I will have to flag away Thylacon, so maybe there is no choice.
