threemonkeysSince I have already mentioned the local body elections before, I should just say that they are now over (more or less). I can report that Lower Hutt now has a new Mayor. I don't really know much about Ray Wallace, but even if he is a pompous, self-serving, dissembling idiot, he is still going to be better then the last guy. Here is hoping that the new mayor doesn't regard that as a target.
