A good hurt

threemonkeysMy body has all kinds of unexpected minor aches and pains today. They are all minor - less, in fact, than the regular day to day pains. But I'm used to those - they hit at mostly predictable times. The collection from yesterdays unusual exercise keeps hitting me when I don't expect it. The worst is that I have bruised the palm of my right hand from feeding all that wood through the chipper. Boy do I hate not being able to grip properly.
However, while I am right handed, I hold books in my left hand when I'm reading. So I was able to indulge myself by reading ASIM 20. Anybody who watched kids TV in NZ back in the early '70s will remember the phrase "Nice one Stu". It came out not very far into this issue.
What a lot of fun. In the editorial, a key story selection criterion was "stories that left me thinking, hey that was cool". Boy did that work for me. Lots of short fun stories. I would write more, but typing hurts my hand as well.
