Back on that horse

It has been a good weekend so far for reading. I feel back in the groove again and yet still managed to get all of the important domestic stuff done today as well. I thought I'd better get Year's Best SF 9 out of the way as number 10 can't be far off. There is little to say about it other than David Hartwell and Kathryn Cramer have done another good job of putting together some top notch SF stories. As has been the case in the past few years the collection does not feel quite like the cohesive whole that it did in the earlier days but to be honest that is expecting a bit much of a "best of" anthology.

I wonder if I can get another book read before the end of the weekend - I feel on a roll.
