I will be the first to admit that I have really terrible dietary habits. You only have to look at me to tell. But over the last few weeks while I have been below par heath-wise I have been trying to do better. Nothing outrageous, just trying to ensure balance and moderation. Do the good things like make sure I get the full fruit and vegetable portions every day. Then the obvious things like not consuming too much fat or sugar - i.e. lowering the junk food intake. It is not intended as a short term thing - I really should live this way.

Tonight I was at the supermarket and was good about keeping to my list when temptation got too much for me and I bought two raspberry cream finger buns complete with fresh cream. I got home and snarfed them both down. Mmmmm yummy. And I feel really good. Great sugar rush icing.
