threemonkeysSo here is how it goes. I go to Perth for Swancon and meet all these cool people. What happens - they say "look at my livejournal entries". Even the con tells me to use its livejournal account to see what is happening. Whats a guy to do. So here I am.
The observant of you will have noticed that SwanCon has been over for a few days and will be asking why it has taken this long to get started. Something to do with - post con fatigue, a wine trail trip up the Swan and its attendant bunch of charming drunk Irishwomen, a 2 part flight from Perth to Auckland, a 650K drive to get my car back from Auckland to Wellington, lots and lots of sleep, unpacking blah blah blah.
Where to start - by procrastinating. Despite many transport hassles, the trip I went on was pretty much the best time I have had in many years and deserves to be written up properly. So I will do that over the next few days. Promise.
Its back to work tomorrow...
