...and the sore arms from holding it
Mar. 3rd, 2008 08:29 pmWhile on the subject of books by authors coming to Conjunction who happen to have autistic characters in their books, I read Dark Heart by Russell Kirkpatrick yesterday. To say I read it does not do justice to the whole consumed in one go experience, complete with the rejection of all other tasks on favour of it and the lost sleep because I wanted to finish it. That is pretty impressive engagement for a book that is basically a bunch of people bickering amongst themselves interspersed with occasional supernatural attacks. Oh and it has a donkey called Linda - I mean Lindha.
